What we cover across two days
Day 1: Strategic foundations
An honest assessment of where your organisation stands: current AI usage, governance gaps, competitive position, and readiness for transformation. Then we develop your strategic framework for AI governance, EU AI Act compliance at leadership level, and positioning AI investments for measurable ROI.
Day 1: Executive AI skills
Practical, hands-on executive AI capability. Enough understanding to evaluate what your teams are doing, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions about AI investments and implementations across your organisation.
Day 2: AI roadmap
Using the 7 Levels of AI Maturity framework, we develop your organisation’s AI roadmap. Where you are now, where you want to be, and the specific steps to get there, with clear milestones and measurable outcomes at each stage.
Day 2: Implementation leadership
The human side of AI transformation: building AI-ready teams, managing resistance, leading culture change, and communicating strategy to stakeholders at all levels. We finish with your personal 1-day, 30-day, and 90-day action plan.
