No. If you can use email, you can attend our training.
Our workshops are specifically designed for non-technical professionals. We avoid technical jargon and focus on practical, hands-on skills that work in real business situations.
We work with the major AI platforms your company likely already uses:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Microsoft Copilot
- Google Gemini
- Mistral
We adapt the training to match your company’s existing systems and tools.
For more advanced use cases (depending on which training is selected), such as for process automation, we may bring in additional AI tools such as n8n.
All our training programs integrate EU AI Act Article 4 requirements throughout the curriculum.
Participants receive a Certificate of Training that documents their AI literacy for compliance audits.
We cover AI fundamentals, usage, risks, data privacy, ethical usage, and documentation requirements.
Yes. All our workshops are available in both German and English.
We can also provide bilingual sessions if your team includes both German and English speakers, although from our experience it is far more effective to have sessions in a single language.

Yes. We provide both in-person training at your location and virtual training options.
In-person training allows for more hands-on collaboration, while virtual training offers flexibility for distributed teams and higher number of participants.
For in-person training, availability and travel requirements need to be considered while scheduling.
Participants receive ongoing access to training materials, templates, and resources.
For Management and Leadership programs, we can arrange follow-up sessions or dedicated guidance to support implementation and answer questions as your team applies what they learned.
Most participants report immediate productivity improvements, sometimes highlighting how they already achieve more with their new AI skills on the same day as training happens.
Simple automation tasks can be implemented the same day and show results within that week.
More complex AI integrations typically show measurable results within 30 days of training completion.
We offer training at different skill levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
For groups and teams with mixed skill levels, we recommend starting with Fundamentals for everyone to establish a common baseline, then offering advanced training for those ready to go deeper.
All participants receive a Certificate of Training.
For EU AI Act compliance purposes, these certificates document formal AI literacy training as required by Article 4.
The practical AI skills, tools and techniques we use work for any professional, so they will work in your industry.
Specific industry specialities, such as processes, dedicated software, industry expertise and market insights, are outside of the scope of our training and are best served by an expert from that industry.
While our core curriculum is industry-agnostic, we can incorporate your industry-specific examples and use cases if you like.

Yes. AI training is generally fully tax-deductible as a business expense in Germany and throughout the EU.
Training costs in Germany qualify as Betriebsausgaben (business expenses) and can be deducted from your company’s taxable income. Many other countries have similar rules.
Additionally, some German states and EU programs offer Weiterbildungsförderung (continuing education subsidies) that may cover 30-70% of training costs. We can provide the necessary documentation and invoices for your tax filing and subsidy applications.
You’re not alone. Many businesses are just beginning their AI journey.
The EU AI Act compliance deadline makes 2025 a critical year for AI adoption.
Companies that act now gain competitive advantage while those who delay risk falling further behind.
The good news: AI skills are faster to acquire than most people think. Your team can be productive with AI tools within days of training, not months.
For many companies, no additional licenses are needed to start.
Our training shows what the opportunities of using the free versions of the most popular AI tools are, but also highlights the significant risks. Therefore, we do discuss the functionality and usage of paid and enterprise versions of these tools.
Most companies already have options to access premium AI tools through existing business software subscriptions. Microsoft 365 includes Copilot options, Google Workspace includes Gemini, and free tiers of ChatGPT and Claude are available for basic use but also have business licenses.
Many companies ask us to train their teams in the usage of the premium versions of these AI tools after they have made the decision to upgrade. Others consult with us first to decide which tools may be right for them before making the investment decision.
We’ll assess your current tools during booking and recommend the most cost-effective approach.
AI literacy has already become an expected baseline professional skill, like email or Excel.
Training your team increases retention because employees value companies that invest in their development.
Additionally, EU AI Act compliance requires documented training for anyone using AI systems, so you’ll need to train current teams and replacements anyway.
The competitive disadvantage of having an untrained team far outweighs the risk of trained employees leaving.

For data security and privacy reasons, we highly recommend all team members use their own computers during training.
In most cases, this means that participants should bring their own laptops to wherever the training takes place, or the company provides them with a laptop.
If training takes place remotely, then participants can use the computer they use to view the training.
Note: some training, such as that for EU AI Act compliance express, do not require active usage of the systems, and therefore do not require a computer while the training is happening.
