Your right to withdraw from this contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

You must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract (for example, by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form template below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out this reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Important exceptions: When you CANNOT withdraw

You do not have a right of withdrawal for the following services:

1. Services provided on a specific date or time period

This includes:

  • In-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars scheduled for specific dates
  • Live online webinars and virtual training events
  • Consulting appointments scheduled for specific times
  • Events, conferences, and networking sessions

Why this exception applies:
Under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services in the leisure sector where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Example: If you book a training workshop taking place on November 15, 2025, and the training date falls within the 14-day withdrawal period, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

2. Digital content where performance has begun

This includes:

  • Online courses where you have started accessing the content
  • Downloadable materials you have already downloaded
  • Video training content you have begun watching
  • Digital templates and resources you have accessed

Why this exception applies:
Under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 6 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

What you must agree to:
Before accessing digital content, you will be asked to:

  1. Expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content
  2. Acknowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal

3. Services fully performed with your consent

This includes:

  • Consulting services that have been completed
  • Custom analysis or strategy work that has been delivered
  • Training services that have been fully provided

Why this exception applies:
Under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts after the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

What about cancellations outside the withdrawal period?

If the withdrawal period has expired or the withdrawal right does not apply, our standard cancellation and refund policy applies. Please see Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions for details:

Summary of cancellation policy:

  • More than 30 days before: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
  • 15-30 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before: No refund (but you may transfer your booking or reschedule with fee)
